Real Conservatism, Deep Conservatism

Real conservatism, deep conservatism, is simple but made difficult by complications and obfuscations often designed to fool the people. These complications happen not only with political schemes but also in the academic world where the forest of real life is rarely seen because everyone is specialized in individual trees. The same complications and obfuscations applies to the wizards of economics, and the effete aesthetes of modern art.

Big Government and Big Business have stolen America away from real conservatism. The task, the challenge, is to return things to local control. But not only that, we need to gradually develop regions and states as ethnostates and eventually have an ethnopluralism of ethnostates. The constitutional separation of powers and states can accommodate this life-saving and conservative reform. Then federalism can do what it was designed to do, protect the nation internally and externally.

This is the sociopolitical structure most in harmony with real human nature, which developed many thousands of years ago. We remain kin-centered, gender defined, age-graded, heterosexual marriage-making, hierarchical, ethnocentric, even xenophobic, and religious-making, among other things, with group-selection as the primary unit of selection. All this relates to real conservatism and not to modern liberalism. Culture and politics need to work in harmony with real human nature.

There is no good reason why we cannot begin the return and evolution of real America. Nothing radical, nothing complicated is necessary. But simple courage will be needed to establish, or reestablish, a real and deep conservatism. We need to vote for people and develop people who move in this simple direction. It's almost boring if it were not a big heroic task.
