Netflix boosts lesbianism mostly to the vulnerable young

The new Netflix romantic comedy “The Half of It” is a tug-at-the-heart affirmation of homosexuality which entertainingly and sentimentally boosts lesbianism mostly to the vulnerable young. It was written and directed by Alice Wu who says she came to the realization that she was gay while taking a gender studies class at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, of all places.

 

In the film Wu has the outsider nerd heroine, Ellie, agree to write love letters for a nice but dum outsider jock who wants to win a girl but he doesn’t have the word skills for it. Then Ellie finds herself falling for the girl too.

Falling for the girl by Ellen comes out of nowhere, we think we will have a cute little change of heart and the outsider boy and the outsider girl will end up falling for one other. But the heroine, Ellie, has never had a close friend before and apparently can't tell the difference between being gay and a normal same-sex friendship so she falls for the girl as a gay.

All the boys/men in this film are cartoonishly idiotic or deeply depressed, like Ellen's father. Wu has the rejection of marriage between a man and a women happen dramatically, with heart-felt speeches, at a church service!

Homosexuality is a learned behavior and this film will make it far easier for hapless girls to fall for the vile nonsense promoted in gender studies classes across the country. Netflix is, of course, planning a sequel.

What will be the consequences of the massive cultural fraud perpetuated by our schools and the media?

The massive cultural fraud of cultural Marxism, radical feminism, homosexuality, postmodern relativism, etc., has been perpetuated in the West mainly by our schools and the media, even though for the last 30 years the evolutionary science of sociobiology and common sense have exposed this view of human nature as a fraud.

As Harvard professor Edward O. Wilson has said "The genes hold culture on a leash. The leash is very long, but inevitably values will be constrained in accordance with their effects on the human gene pool. The brain is a product of evolution. Human behavior . .is the circuitous technique by which human genetic material has been and will be kept intact.”

The biological origin of social behavior evolved a human nature that has been affirmed throughout human history to this day as being genetically kin-centered, gender defined, age-graded, heterosexual marriage-making, hierarchical, ethnocentric, even xenophobic, among other conservative things, with group-selection as the primary unit of successful selection followed by individual selection.

The massive cultural fraud perpetuated by our schools and the media is mainly ignorant of the science of sociobiology, but some are aware of it and lack the courage to go against the schools and the media, and some see their own rise or their groups rise by permitting the fraud.

But as Wilson said, inevitably values will be constrained in accordance with their effects on the human gene pool, and the cultural fraud we are living under will be pulled back to the values prompted by real human nature. The question is, will we be yanked back by fascists on the left or the right, or conservatively led back to cultural health by adapting our Constitutional separation of powers and states and forming an ethnopluralism of ethnostates, protected from marauding imperialists, supremacists, and global money grubbers, with a defensive federalism?

Even when I expect to find nothing great watching Netflix or Prime video in the evenings, I spend most of the time searching for movies or series, trying them out, but finding the stories, direction, or acting so lousy I can't continue watching them.

The excuse that the volume of films required by the public created a quantity over quality reality for Netflix or Prime is an excuse for the greed, nepotism and chutzpah of the producers of this crap----if Washington DC is a swamp then the entertainment industry is a garbage dump.

Apparently anybody with the money, connections, or greed can make a movie now and talent has nothing to do with it. So popular culture has now fallen almost as low as it fell in the Weimar Republic in Germany following World War One, and we know what happened to that.

Why evolutionary realism in the arts (from 2012)

Do we seek the clarity of the classicist or the infinite (Burke's sublime) of the romantic in the arts? Adapting Robert Ellwood's view of Carl Jung and Burke, I would say our ignorance of Godhood causes us to give form to archetypes going forward in evolution to Godhood and inward to the activating Spirit-Will or Tirips which activates life.

Kant said we cannot fully know reality but I think that we will know much more reality when we evolve to ascending levels of Godhood, and we will also know more of truth and beauty. This is a romantic notion but since it also seeks absolute truth it seeks the clarity of classicism.

I split the difference and use the art term "evolutionary realism" as less weighted than romantic classicism, and also since evolution is so central to the theological materialism of the projected Theoevolutionary Church. This also blends the Darwinian and the phenomenological.

Clean out the stables of our humanities departments

"The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers," said Shakespeare's "Dick The Butcher," supposedly making a joke. In today's world I would expand that to humanities professors.

The problem seems to stem from professorships being a paid occupation, from the pressure to continually publish academic work to further careers, and from there being too many hungry professors. Deeper than that, humanities professors, like normal people, are driven by natural wills to power and the drive for survival and reproductive success, whether they are conscious of it our not.

Such hooey as “post-structuralist” deconstruction, Lacanian analysis, ect. was brought to our colleges and universities by French intellectuals---who tend to like over-complication---and was greedily picked up by American professors desperate to publish academic work to further their careers or perish. The gibberish of postmodernism was also a way to attack the hated traditional West since most of these slight of hand academics were Marxist, or cultural Marxists.

In one or two simplified herculean sweeps the verdicts of the science of sociobiology could clean out the Augean stables of our postmodern humanities departments, which contain a great amount of horseshit.

Wilson or his younger followers would be my choice to clean out our humanities departments and virtually begin again. It won't be easy because who wants to lose the two cars in every garage and the large Smart Led TV?

Are we wimps and cowards or are we just deluded about our corruption?

We tolerate a corrupt slandering media and schools that brainwash our children in cultural Marxism and general decadence, perhaps because they do it nonviolently, but why do we still tolerate violent gangs like the Crips and Bloods, why are there Mexican gangs and drug lords in the U.S., why is there still a Mafia in the U.S? And why do we tolerate wide open borders for illegal immigrants and other criminals?

How can we defend democracy if its freedom leads to people who destroy us? The police could make these people disappear if we wanted them to, and if the police weren't enough the army could finish the job, and it could be done legally, democratically, without becoming fascists on the right or the left. So why don't we do it? What or who is stopping us? Are we colossal wimps and cowards or are we just deluded about our own corruption?

Can we save ourselves from the destructive fate that the Big Media, Hollywood, the big academic faculties, and the effete, gender-less, lefty vegetarians have in store for us?

The typical trendy list contains racism, sexism, ageism, ableism, trans- and homophobia, Islamophobia, antisemitism, xenophobia, etc---but who then remains? A tribe of effete, genderless, lefty vegetarians? Ah but they were strongly supported by the Big Media, Hollywood, and the big academic faculties which had enough power to virtually destroy Western culture and Western people.

So is it over for Western people, did the Big Media, Hollywood, the big academic faculties, and the tribe of effete, genderless, lefty vegetarians win? It looks that way. But these people also totally support minority groups who will at least advance. We could try to build our own conservative version of the Big Media, Hollywood, and academic faculties alongside their Church of Cultural Marxism with a conservative counterrevolution, but the foundation we build upon may need more than that.

I believe the Big Media, Hollywood, the big academic faculties, and globalist elites have all but destroyed the chance of such a recovery because they have created multicultural multi-ethnic cities and states that will not bond together, they are too dissimilar to bond together, as human nature has always prescribed.

We may be able to retain the U. S. Constitutional separation of powers and states if we gradually and legally, not radically, transform the powers, regions, and states into an ethnopluralism of ethnostates, protected by federalism. Given human nature things could go that way anyway, and not peacefully. We might this way retain what is best of the past and save Western culture and Western people from the destructive fate that the Big Media, Hollywood, the big academic faculties, and the effete, genderless, lefty vegetarians have in store for us. And it has the big virtue of also saving non-western people and cultures who could at last live in their own ethnostates and make of them what they will.

I obviously believe in change in the evolutionary philosophy of theological materialism, but I don't think changes should be made unless the change is actually better than the past.   

 

I think the Anglophile's are basically right in revering the age of aristocracy in England regarding clothing, fashions, homes, luxurious lifestyle, and leadership in general; it was one of the greatest aristocracies in history, even if it was eventually prone to etiolation and effeteness.   

 

In my view, changes in fashions, homes, luxurious lifestyle, etc. would only be improvements around the edges of the age of aristocracy in England. The English aristocrats had the leisure, the money, and the time (1688-1830) to develop the very best quality in fashion, homes, and luxurious lifestyle. The fashions and homes of today are greatly inferior to the age of aristocracy in England by any sane assessment, give or take a few damp manor houses, stiff collars, and bustles. 

 

Breeding between aristocrats of the British Empire was present for a long time not only relating to homes, fashions, etc, but in the greatly successful leadership of the state, armed forces, government, clergy, the big landowners, etc. Even so, in the long run I believe more in the separation of powers and states as seen in the original U. S. Constitution, even to the extent of developing ethnostates for distinctively different ethnic groups. I also believe in meritocracies which prevent the etiolation and effeteness that aristocracies are prone to. And I believe in the constant genetic improvement of human beings all the way to Godhood.

 

Even so, I wonder if we will ever have the leisure, the money, and the time to breed and develop better quality fashions, homes, luxurious lifestyle, and leadership than the English aristocrats of 1688-1830.

Isn't it almost time to create mask-free political parties?

Beneath the liberal and even conservative masks lies real human nature. The masks don't blend well today with the primary kin and ethnic centered emphasis of real human nature and the biological origin of social behavior.

The masks partly come off with civil disruptions fueled by ethnic competition and resentment, but usually we again see words like "equality" and "universalism" used to mask the special interests of ethnic groups.

Hiding real biological motives has been standard operating procedure for human beings, is it still necessary? Why can't we admit what we are and then try to set up sociopolitical or more precisely sociobiological social structures in harmony with what we really are?

Cultures can operate for a time with behavior that goes against real human nature, with such experiments as Marxism, and now cultural Marxism, but cultures are eventually pulled back by the biological and genetic leash of real human nature to cultures that better reflect human nature, and humans then work within and adapt to the environments they find themselves living in.

What would humans do without their masks? Create new masks I suppose. But isn't it almost time to create a mask-free Ethnopluralist Party, or Ethnostates Party, or Global Ethnostates Party, protected by some form of federalism, in line with real human nature? If we wait too long our political masks will have brought us not much left on earth to live on.

How can we live in a culture of crap?

Many people turned to the libertarian religion of greed putting on blinders to the decadent culture surrounding them. You could put your kids in private schools and you could buy season tickets to orchestra halls, but the same cultural Marxism of political correctness was taught in the private schools, and the orchestras increasingly featured atonal crap. When you finally get home from work late, pour a scotch, and turn on your smart TV to relax, all you can find is people jumping in bed together for one night stands, wives and children as well as sports devoted to the humiliation of white men, and foul language everywhere.

Dropping out of culture "for the sake of sheltering one’s faith and family from corrosive modernity and cultivating a more traditional way of life," as Rod Dreher put it in defining the Benedict Option, is really a horrible choice to have to make, it seems like laying down in the fetal position and accepting that all is lost. But if you have tried to fight the Big Media, Big Government, Big Business, Big Academia, or Big Tech, all does seem lost, they all have adapted their impressive wares to the same cultural decay and degeneration. And for psychologically healthy people the ascetic model of rejecting the material world, which in the case of the monks meant being celibate, looks like accepting death as the solution.

I for one fight the decay and degeneration with philosophy in general, even though I reach only hundreds rather than the millions reached by the vile Big Media who I believe are the biggest enemies of cultural health that we have. And some of my readers only watch me walk the tight-rope wondering when I will fall off.

But you do what you can do, and I much appreciate those who follow my work. I say hang in there, real human nature will not accept forever a culture of crap.

The big problem is that the lefty-hedonists do not connect their morality to the biological origin of our social behavior

Bob Dylan had a sort of genius for creating songs that stick in your head and he now still represents to me many of our hippie-lefty-scruffy-slightly-stoned youth, but he also embodies many of the baby boomers who still get weepy (and stoned) about leftist causes, at least on weekends.

Dylan morphed from a Jewish boy born and raised in northern Minnesota to a rather weird-looking, southern-drawling, blues man, complete with gravely voice probably brought on by heavy drug use.

Weed is supposed to be so mild but I have seen the heavy use of weed change the personalities of people, change the way their voice sounds, and the way their mind works, apparently permanently.

But beyond that serious problem it is the idiotic leftist/hedonistic philosophy of Dylan, shared by sanctimonious people like the Clinton's and the Obama's, and all the lefties in the Media, as well as the lefty baby boomers, which has caused the most damage to American culture.

The big problem is that the lefty-hedonists do not connect their morality to the biological origin of our social behavior---they even declare that such a connection is racist and bigoted. Dylan has created many dopey songs about it. And the pedantic professors who taught most of them this culturally Marxist politically correct garbage are busy doing the same thing to the next generation.

Real human nature remains kin and ethnic-centered, and even xenophobic, but real human nature has been blocked by these decadent lefties, which is mainly what has brought American culture and the West into steep decline. So the natural and biologically-derived movement toward populism, conservatism, nationalism, and even ethnostatism now must struggle against these established idiots to save the West.

On the Golden Globe Awards: Hollywood producers and writers have turned our culture into obscene garbage

While surfing last night I paused at the Golden Globe Awards and I was painfully reminded of how much I loathe Hollywood and the producers of television and film who have turned our culture into obscene garbage. And they have done it not only because the producers and writers are vulgar and talentless but because they purposely wanted to tear down American culture. The one thing these conspirators and betrayers of America are good at is creating cultural destruction and then grabbing what remains of the leftover power.

I especially hate Hollywood and the producers for what they have done to the actresses who we see parading across the stage dressed and acting like street hustlers while chasing fame and fortune controlled by those very same vulgar, talentless, obscene, producers.

Virtually not one healthy thing is promoted by these showbiz rats unless it is a lie, not one thing in politics, art, and not in our corrupted schools; they push only Marxist cultural values while living themselves like organized crime families peddling cultural devastation. Will they, can they, ever be stopped, or do we have to wait until nothing is left of America?

These despicable award shows gleefully poke their dirty fingers in the eyes of the MEGA red hat wearing Trumpians who hate them back with equal passion, but what both may not realize is that those of us who firmly believe in changing things legally and peacefully may not be able to stop the hard rain of fascism on the right or the left from falling.

We can't solve a problem if we don't know what the problem is, or if we are forbidden to name the problem

I heard a CEO say: " America divided doesn't help America or the world." That seems like common sense, even if you figure in the self-serving nature of a global businessman saying it.

But looking deeper you come across the politically incorrect and therefore uncomfortable fact that different ethnic groups within the same country naturally compete, which leads to natural divisions.

Then the "common sense" statement becomes "a country needs to know when its divisions are unassimilating, and divide accordingly, to avoid civil disruption or even civil war." We may then have a chance of solving the problem of our divisions in a peaceful way, and hold the country together with some sort of federalism that protects the differences and divisions.

But that ethnopluralistic solution is enhanced or aided by a sociobiological understanding of human nature, which remains a "political incorrect" solution, mainly because businessman like the one quoted above and culturally Marxist academics who dominate our schools block the sociobiological understanding of human nature.

As you hear often in this blog, human nature is basically kin-centered, gender defined, age-graded, heterosexual, marriage-making, hierarchical, ethnocentric, even xenophobic, and religious-making, among other things, with group-selection as the primary unit of successful selection, followed by individual selection. This definition of human nature basically supports traditional Western values and morals, and it logically and instinctively suggests---at least to a few people---forming an ethnopluralism of ethnostates, which could be peacefully adapted to the constitutional separation of powers and states.

So what or who are the disrupters of this natural solution to present and future divisions in the West? The disrupters are the political left, postmodern philosophy, postmodern art, the Big Media, the academic world, global business, universalist religions, etc. Depressing right? But we can't solve a problem if we don't know what the problem is, or if we are forbidden to name the problem.

Thoughts while watching the Judge Kavanaugh accuser on television

Whether Judge Kavanaugh is guilty or not guilty of the charges against him, the fact is that Western men, white men, are being weakened and overcome by a combination of academics, lesbians, minority races, the Big Media, and Hollywood, but the West will not be taken over by that decadent motley group; it will more likely be a take over by Islamic revolutionaries with a combination of conquest through immigration as well as by traditional non-western patriarchal behavior. The revolutionaries will laugh at such feminist things as the American "Me Too" movement, and dismiss such things as the Judge Kavanaugh accuser of attempted rape....What do you bet that fascism from the right or left will rise to counter the revolutionaries, which the decadent motley group now hate almost as much as they hate Western white men.

Who really prefers garbage for art? Who prefers decay for a nation?

People say Frederic Chopin is too familiar, too much played, too popular, so why don't new composers create new works with the same romantic ethos?

One of the main reason is because composers don't have the inspiration of nationalism anymore, that is, a religious or nationalist political vision (but not uncreative propaganda like socialist realism), as Poland was to Chopin or Germany to Wagner. Since nationalism has been lost we have had rubbish for art.

With the inherent nationalism of ethnopluralism established in America or Europe, with a thousand ethnic cultures living in ethnic states and regions and protected by a light federalism, we would have a variety of potentially great art inspired by the natural ethnocentrism inherent in real human nature.

Why fight against human nature in art philosophy when it creates the greatest art as well as the most well loved nations? Who really prefers garbage for art? Who prefers decay for a nation? Fire them, as Donald Trump might say, the sooner the better.
