The Will to Godhood (Tirips) manifests itself through evolution

The Will to Godhood (Tirips) manifests itself through evolution, and its goal is the ongoing realization of perfected being, physically, intellectually and morally. The-will-to-evolve-toward-Godhood, or Tirips, is an inward, purely physical, activation working along with the shaping of outside evolution and selection. But even without acknowledging this inward purpose we can see that evolution has been moving toward more efficient forms, more complexity, with occasional stops and side-turnings along the way.

What is the best way to reach these goals? Bonding with a religion of theological materialism. Theological materialism (and the projected Theoevolutionary Church) will affirm the mission and path of the Third Covenant, the Cosmic Covenant of the Evolutionary Outward Path, which revitalizes Primordial Tradition, Christianity, Hinduism etc. by once again affirming the First Covenant of genetic and biological qualities within our material evolution to supermaterial Godhood as applied to the Outward Path of material evolution to supermaterial Godhood, yet also, as in the Second Covenant, this is applied to all people, all nations, all races, all people, preferably living in their own protected states or ethnostates with access to knowledge of the material evolution to Godhood. That is the synthesis of the Three Covenants in theological materialism.

I have written of the Three Covenants explaining how in the First Covenant of Primordial Tradition the Spirit and Soul of the Inward Path were understood as existing in the blood, that is, as being passed on only racially and tribally to a chosen eg. (Jewish) or noble (Aryan) people, etc.. Then Jesus Christ (and Eastern masters) brought the knowledge that the spirit and Soul-Within need not be understood and affirmed only racially or tribally but could be understood and followed by any race, any people, universally, provided they were taught the proper way to see or experience the God Within; Christianity said we were “Chosen” through faith in Christ not chosen by blood. That was the Second Covenant.

The Third Covenant acknowledges the biological origin of our social behavior which can end the intellectual separation between political ideologies and religious covenants, pointing toward the religious/political/cultural solution of the ethnopluralism hypothesis, often written about here. It is a conservative transformation---not revolution---that can bring about an ethnopluralism of ethnostates, which is the sociopolitical or political/cultural structure most in harmony with kin-centered and ethnocentric real human nature which evolved many thousands of years ago and remains with us today. Each ethnostate, each ethnic group, each race, can have access to knowledge of our sacred material evolution to supermaterial Godhood, and can pursue that sacred evolution in their own way in their own protected states, in the variety that is conducive to evolution, perhaps aided by nonpartisan international sociobiological research centers, as Raymond Cattell suggested.

The forced imperialism, supremacism, and multiculturalism of the world will give way to an ethnopluralism of ethnostates, in line with real kin and ethnic-centered human nature. I think the real debate in the U.S. should be over how we can conservatively adapt the Constitutional separation of of powers and states to an ethnopluralism of ethnostates. Cooperative competition between small ethnostates and regions, protected internally and externally from imperialism, supremacism, and multiculturalism by some sort of federalism can bring the variety and creativity that evolution prefers, as we all materially evolve toward Godhood.

The central purpose of power

Making Peace in the violent world is best way for the long flow of ordered material evolution toward Godhood to take place, which is the central purpose of life and therefore the central purpose of power. Wars slow down or even destroy sacred ordered evolution.  Correctly defining human nature is a greatest help in making peace in the sequence of power. The biological origin of our social behavior suggests that ethnopluralism is the sociopolitical or political/cultural structure most in harmony with kin-centered and ethnocentric real human nature which evolved many thousands of years ago and remains with us today.

Forced imperialism, supremacism, and multiculturalism have been the wrong way to wield power in the world and it needs to give way to an ethnopluralism of ethnostates. Making Peace in the violent world is best way for the long flow of ordered material evolution toward Godhood to take place, which is the central purpose of life and therefore the central purpose of power.

Matter is really not passive as Newton's first law claimed

If matter is condensed energy then energy is matter in another form, so matter is really not passive as Newton's first law said, matter in the form of energy moves matter.

I believe matter in the form of energy moves matter from within matter as well as from outside of matter. There is more than an outward action or reaction with matter, there is an inward vitalism working within and shaped by outside evolution, which is the activation of the will to life as inward metabolism, growth, reproduction.

Theological materialism then amplifies this vitalist will to life with the goal of the will-to-evolve-toward-Godhood. Spirituality is not needed in religion when matter is not passive. It is matter not spirit that is evolving to its zenith of Godhood.

The so-called irrational is really rational

The will (Tirips), or the will to materially evolve to Godhood within all life is rational and is a sensible, reasonable explanation for Godhood and how to get there, which solves the dilemma of Nietzsche (and Schopenhauer) over the differences between truth, the will, art, science, the rational and irrational. Godhood is not seen as apart from material life or otherworldly (spiritual) but as the goal of ascending levels of materially evolved life, rationally reached at the instigation of the will, as well as by super-reason and science. Godhood as the zenith of life and material evolution is defined as ultimate truth, beauty and goodness.

If we ask why does “life” “live?” Why is life animate rather than inanimate? Why does life have metabolism, growth, reproduction? Why doesn’t life just sit there doing nothing? Why has life persisted time and again in evolving from the simple to the complex under the most extreme conditions?

It is more than an outward action or reaction, there is an inward vitalism working within and shaped by outside evolution. This is the activation of the will to life, and when it is amplified it is seen as the will-to-evolve-toward-Godhood.

This brings the real world into religion and religion into the real world, and most importantly it unblocks the long-blocked natural path to evolving to real Godhood, the real purpose of existence, which is only reflected in the God-Within. This means a trans-valuation of Plato's and I dare say Nietzsche's world, long overdue. The so-called irrational is really rational.

The-will-to-evolve-toward-Godhood is the future of religion and science transformed

The-will-to-evolve-toward-Godhood,---“that is all Ye know on earth, and all ye need to know” (to adapt Keats). The goal of evolving to Godhood need not deprive us of either science or religion. When Godhood is seen as a naturalistic and theological goal, the goal of evolution, then biology and theology need not settle for the empty spiritualism. Nature and philosophy can be seen as life materially evolving toward ascending levels of Godhood.

The main problem with traditional asceticism is that it blocks the path of material evolution to real supermaterial Godhood, which requires material desires, but channeled desires that need to genetically and culturally funnel evolving life-forms toward the supermaterial zenith of beauty, truth and goodness. This allows material science to enter religion as a help-mate. That is the future of religion and science transformed.

I see the great process of evolution as activated from within every atom and within every cell of living bodies, which then react and adapt to the various outside environments that life lives in. This activation is the same activation that leads to the desire to successfully survive and reproduce. And this activation is a material/supermaterial activation, not spiritual. I see “evolution moving inevitably in a pattern, even though it has its random elements, and the pattern has a discernible direction, in spite of instances of stagnation and retreat, toward higher and higher more effective living forms,” as Raymond Cattell put it.

The-will-to-evolve-toward-Godhood, or Tirips, is an inward, purely physical activation working along with the shaping of outside evolution and selection. But even without acknowledging this inward purpose we can see that evolution has been moving toward more efficient forms, more complexity, with occasional stops and side-turnings along the way.

Theological materialism defines human evolution toward Godhood as aesthetically evolving toward the beautiful, religiously the good, and philosophically and scientifically the true

The synthesis of theological materialism defines human evolution toward Godhood as aesthetically evolving toward the beautiful, religiously the good, and philosophically and scientifically the true.

Nature can be defined as divine, not demonic, without the fiction of spirituality when we can see that nature only looks like an endless war of all against all for success in survival and reproduction and nothing more, until we affirm that we are also aided in evolution by an inward, purely physical activation to materially evolve toward ascending levels of life all the way to Godhood, which works along with the shaping of outside evolution and selection. Evolution moves inevitably in a pattern, even though it has its random elements, and the pattern has a discernible direction, in spite of instances of stagnation and retreat, toward higher and higher more effective living forms.” (Cattell)

Materially evolving toward ascending levels of Godhood is how we can define nature as divine not demonic and how we can see beyond the idea of morality in nature having no other demonstrable ultimate function than, as Edward O. Wilson put it, being a circuitous technique by which human genetic material has been and will be kept intact. We are materially evolving toward Gods and we should help it along the way. Qualities such as intelligence, emotional stability, conscience (altruism), good health, good sensory organs, longevity, these are some of the aims of eugenics, and these things reach their highest quality, or their zenith, as evolution moves toward Godhood, which is aesthetically the beautiful, religiously the good, and philosophically and scientifically the true.

Pretentiousness, sublimation, and higher civilization (from the archive)

I have never liked sliding away from the truth in mannerisms, speech and gestures, pretentiousness, phoniness, it always seems somehow weaker... And yet, and yet, I understand that we must sublimate aggression and even the sex drive if we want higher civilization--- those people who cannot sublimate, often remain primitive, violent, and live short lives. We need to evolve far beyond the beast and this often seems to require more than the straight talk and the real behavior that we prefer.

It seems to me that unpretentious people are stronger than pretentious people, just in face to face connections, but it also seems to be true that often unpretentious people are less successful than pretentious people. Pretentious people perhaps have a larger variety of behaviors, roles that they can play, in a complicated society, they sublimate the aggressive instincts. Some just may be inauthentic or bad actors, and pretentiousness seems to be stronger with the striving middle class and less so in the more aristocratic classes. But the skilled worker on weekends with his dogs and his gun acts not unlike the lord of the estate with his dogs and his gun. Also there is no doubt that genetic connections are involved in the ability to sublimate the instincts (see Raymond Cattell's "Beyondism".)

If we let mammalian drives, instincts (ergs), go as they go without sublimation we may end up not moving beyond the primitive level of communication, which may be okay for some roles but not for most roles in higher civilization. We don't want to create opposition between the instincts and intelligence, nevertheless some instincts need to be checked and sublimated, not blocked---sex and aggression are certainly sublimated in the higher religious and aesthetic pursuits...This all adds up to the natural often conflicted behavior of human beings.

That being said, we don't want to move too far away from basic real human nature, and we may not even be able to do so successfully, which includes such good things as kin selection, marriage-making, religious-making, among other things, with group-selection, even ethnocentrism, as the primary unit of selection. I consider the material spirit or will, which activates within material life like a Super-Id, as the zenith of all these instincts, it is leading us to evolve in the material world toward Godhood, shaped by the outside forces of evolution and selection. That is one instinct that is already sublime in its unpretentious primitive state.

Future evolution (from the archive)

Obviously the future evolution of life and specifically human life is a complicated synthesis of human nature, the environment, and the biological origin of social behavior, but first we have to survive, and surviving depends on correctly defining real human nature so we can know which social structures will work best with human nature, that is, which social structures will lead to survival and reproductive success for distinctly different ethnic groups and races now competing on earth.

Raymond Cattell remarked that we seem genetically unadapted to large altruistic societies, yet man has a natural tendency toward tenderness and protectiveness and altruism toward kith and kin. This is one of the biological pillars of the political argument for localism and small ethnostates over large multicultural states: localism and regionalism are the most natural way to hold civilization together with natural altruistic group behavior, and better keep us from the selfish anti-social behavior which happens in large groups.

The latest fashion of machine technology seems to proceed in direct proportion to the devaluation of human biological evolution. I am not against technology but the evolution of biological man needs to be valued higher than the evolution of machines. Technology is only an aid in the evolution of life, even if the restrictions of political correctness (cultural Marxism) make it difficult to say so. Life and evolution need defending. The Great Spiritual Blockade to real Godhood needs to be unblocked.

There is something fishy about “singularity” or machines evolving to be as intelligent as humans. It makes it look like humanity is too scared to advance intelligent humans and beyond, rather than (or as well as) advancing machines. It seems like a cunning bypass of the subject of future genetics because it is a politically incorrect subject and doesn't fit various agendas. We have to get over the abuse of genetics and eugenics of World War II, truly healthy people don't dwell on such negative things as a way of life.

We can use technology to help advance humans, but to
become machines and possibly therefore lose future human evolution sounds a bit sick. We seem to be allowing deceitful nerds with media power to determine our future. Let's have a little courage and begin to at least talk about the great evolution of real life toward Godhood, only aided by intelligent machines. It's actually a religious mission.

The future superstructure of genetics and bio-engineering need to rest on the evolutionary base of biology, and not become a new artificial structure without a natural base, arrogantly overlooking the biological origin of social behavior. We can enhance our genetic and biological capabilities endlessly as we evolve toward Godhood, but if we upload ourselves into silicone chips we could end natural evolutionary life, which is a diabolical end.

There seems to be something almost paranoid about those who see racism behind any talk of the improvement of hereditary qualities, which is taken to the point of preferring artificial evolution to biological evolution. A very cynical reading could also see those who wish to stop the evolutionary biological improvement of hereditary qualities as an underhanded way to enhance their own genes, consciously or unconsciously, by stopping the advancement of others.

Ethics can be inferred from evolutionary history (what else?) otherwise we attempt to go beyond nature itself. As Cattell said, this does not mean we will not move beyond the human species---ethnocentrism, for example, is a conservative stopping off place to secure beneficial mutations before moving on to the next stage, the next pause, the next species.

Is there a direction to evolution? The evolutionary process has shown a direction toward higher, more complex, more intelligent, more conscious forms, in spite of occasional backward going and stagnation. Evolution gives us hints of direction so we may aid evolution in the direction it is going, applying the sciences of sociobiology and genetics.

Cattell's “ Beyondism" seems to suggest that progress is blind, and he thought we can therefore only speak of “going beyond” what we are. I believe that life and evolution show a religious goal of attaining the supreme survival success of ascending levels of Godhood by way of evolving in the material and supermaterial world, activated from within, and shaped by by natural selection and evolution from without.

This means ascending levels of Godhood from man to superman to supermaterial Gods and not a transcendence from material life to non-material ''spiritual" life.

We can learn to prevent the decline and early death of a variety of people, ethnic groups, and societies by understanding the social and biological patterns that bring collapse, and by applying voluntary population control and genetics. We can help prevent negative ends, but we can also civilize the beast and seek positive ends, even as we recognize that competition, separation, and distinctiveness are a good thing on the evolutionary path to Godhood.

How I interpret Raymond Cattell's eugenics---yes the dreaded word (from the archive)

Human evolution proceeds ultimately by natural selection among groups, which then determines the natural selection among individuals, genetically and culturally. The ethics of the group are fixed by aiming to survive in reaction to the environment. We have loyalties in a hierarchy of values from fellow group members to mankind in general.

New cultural creations tend to be the work of genetically/culturally superior intelligences and are developed in two main ways: cultural creations as outlets for frustrations, such as poetry, music, drama (p-culture), and cultural creations that are more adaptive to fit us to the environment, engineering, medicine, science (r-culture), not “merely” an “outlet.”

These cultural inventions from superior intelligences tend to require more complex adjustments for the general population than the general population tend to be genetically suited for---Cattell calls this “genetic lag.” It's like the old instinctual brain having to adjust to the newer cortex.

Cattell suggests that we deal with these frustrating discrepancies with eugenic measures ( improving the genetic composition of a population) to help reduce the frustrations, which can spill over into many social problems, including revolutions. It's like having foresight for groups akin to a medical watch on individuals, which can lesson the morbidity rate of the group...Sounds more humane to me than what we see today where cultures just painfully die.

Adventurous societies will always be looking for new helpful (not antisocial) inventions from superior people, which then need adjustment to the general population. The goal is to always be evolving, which Cattell believes is the prime process of the universe. He calls this scientific religious philosophy "Beyondism."

I adjust Cattell's prime process of the universe to the material evolution of life to ascending levels of supermaterial, not spiritual, Godhood.

Tirips and the sacred process of evolution

As long as we are alive every cell in our body is activated to demand life and survival and reproductive success. This natural activation can be blocked, subverted, or it can be unknown to us, but it can't legitimately be intellectually or instinctively denied. This activation seems to reign within material life before form develops, but it is not a spiritual force it is entirely material. It is the “The Force That Through the Green Fuse Drives the Flower”as Dylan Thomas poetically put it, and until science takes it up it will often be described poetically. I call this sacred material activation Tirips.

Scientist Francis Heylighen wrote, “ ...it is assumed that evolution is largely unpredictable and contingent on a host of uncontrollable factors, which may steer its course in any of an infinite number of directions. However, it is noted that directions in which complexity increases are generally preferred...Though fitness is relative to the environment, it has two components that can increase in an absolute sense, internal fitness (strength of linkages between components) and number of environmental perturbations that can be counteracted. Increases in these two components tend to be accompanied by respective increases in structural and functional complexity...Still, it can happen that systems evolve towards a simpler organization, although this seems rare. It is most likely to occur when the system enters a simpler environment, as when an organism becomes an internal parasite or moves back from the land to the water, but these are obviously unusual examples which go against the general trend of environments becoming more complex. The net effect will tend to be that the new ecosystem, formed by environment together with the newly added system (parasite, cave fish, aquatic mammal, etc.) will become more complex than it was before the appearance of the simplified system..."

The goal of evolving to Godhood need not deprive us of either science or religion. Defining life as evolving toward higher and higher forms and eventually to Godhood, and shaped by natural outside evolution, may be a bit further than some men want to go, but we go there. I see evolution moving inevitably in a pattern, even though it has its random elements, and the pattern has a discernible direction, in spite of instances of stagnation and retreat, toward “higher and higher more effective living forms,”as Cattell put it.

I see the universe as having an endless number of worlds moving and always evolving, with “life” evolving in some worlds, and perhaps with a few worlds evolving material life to the highest ascending supermaterial levels of life, called Godhood. The origin of sacredness and the origin of deep religion come from trying to understand this process of numberless material worlds always evolving toward supermaterial Godhood, and from seeking to understand how life can become best synchronized with this sacred process of evolution, and how we can help it along.

With the sacred material activation of Tirips working along with the process of evolution and natural selection we can indeed immanentize the eschaton, attain Godhood directly within nature and evolution.

Notes on ascending and descending Art (from 2009)

Art should be ascending more than descending. Traditionalism only descends to the soul within, seeing no ascent through materialism, it sees the soul as non material.

In positive theology the “Dance of Shiva” brings Atma (spiritual) back to Maya (material), not Maya back to Atma, as in negative theology. The inner is brought to the outer, the inner is only secondary to the outer, not the other way around.

We can bring Eros, survival, and reproduction back to the sacred, after it has been largely exiled by Traditionalism due to its materialistic content, which is considered inferior.

Material beauty can be exhumed from its neglect by Traditionalism. “Eros with ethics” was the way someone defined advanced paganism but this was lost in the spiritual abstractions of the Inward Path of Revealed Religions. The Order of the Outward Path of Evolution to Godhood in theological materialism brings material ethics back, this time with an evolutionary ethics for our reproduction and evolution to ascending levels of Godhood. This can bring real Beauty back to religion.

Taditionalism made an idol of the Soul Within even as it virtually rejected the earth and the material world calling these things idol worship. God is a Sacred Supermaterial Object evolved to in the world, not merely an equation outside the world defined as Perfect Truth. Traditionalism gave us a hubristic authority beyond the world, beyond the stars, and Traditionalism continues to supplant biology with the exclusivity of the Inward Path.

The essence of material survival and reproduction is the thirst for evolving toward beauty, truth, and Godhood. When this Sacred Goal is missing, sex and reproduction can be defined as profane.

Time is not Being

I haven't studied Zurvanism, an extinct branch of Zoroastrianism, but I understand that they said "time created everything." They seem to think that when something or someone is said to be in that state of timelessness there is no you or I or it or separations---there isn't birth or death, which suggests immortality for "time,” suggesting a God.

That is very good description of what is not a timeless Being. Time is judged only in relation to living beings who see time passing, and can remember past time and can think of future times.

So Heidegger's idea of Being as Time seems to be in line with that tendency of intellectuals to overlook the fact that the “names” of things are an abstraction which only point toward the reality of the thing named---the abstract name is not the thing-in-itself.

Time” is a secondary abstraction or name for the actions of evolution in time. Living objects are the real Beings, not the abstract name “time” for the course or period that living beings move through.

The highest evolved material-not-spiritual Beings are called Godhood, which are evolved to in the material-supermaterial world, and time is important only in relation to living objects in time.

Defining great art (from 2012)

I define traditional great art as the affirmation of the sacred, and modern art as the denial of the sacred. We could also say that high comedy is the denigration of the noble, and low comedy is the denigration of the ignoble.

Raymond Cattell wrote about how society must have skill in distinguishing between creative revolutionary originality and purely destructive revolutionary hubris. The survival of society can be seen in how well this is measured. This applies to art too.

T. S. Eliot more or less said that before we can define art, education or politics we need to answer the questions “what is man?,” and “what is man for?.” I give the answer that we are here to evolve to Godhood, and all things follow after that.

Modern art has been a big debauched pause in the history of art. I prefer “Evolutionary Realism” in art, which relates to the realism of traditional art, along with evolution of the new, potentially all the way to Godhood. Now that is art philosophy.

The deepest cause of the begetting of children

Are not the parents, as it were, concomitant causes only, while (the divine) Nature is the highest, elder and true cause of the begetting of children?” Philo

I interrupt that saying of Philo in relation to the biological origin of social behavior and the hierarchy of drives.

We begin with the activation within life to live. Just as the pleasure or happiness derived from eating food is driven by the deeper requirements of successful survival, the drive to survival and reproductive success is driven by the deepest need of evolving toward Godhood as the zenith of success and purpose in evolution---so contrary to many philosophers happiness is important but is a secondary goal. Naturalism in evolution can therefore include religion and the activation toward higher evolution.

Can perfection be reached? No, just as perfection in evolution is never final, at least not until Godhood is attained, and even then evolution continues with ascending levels of Godhood.

As Cattell and others have implied, evolution moves inevitably in a pattern, even though it has its random elements, and the pattern has a discernible direction, in spite of instances of stagnation and retreat, toward higher and higher more effective living forms, all the way to Godhood.

What bestows Being?

Every “ism” comes down to biology, which is a reduction that is necessary to understanding the world, theology, philosophy, human nature, and the biological origin of social behavior.

At this point I see no need for Heidegger's overly difficult “Ereignis,” the “event of appropriation,” the oblivion of Being, etc. in explaining the “bestowing” of Being. What bestows Being? It looks like the activating drive of evolution within material life (Tirips) bestows Being as well as bestowing beings in the cosmos to materially evolve toward ascending levels of Godhood. Such natural things as big bangs or electronic universes are also probably bestowed by that old inward material activation to Godhood, which then works with natural selection and evolution.

Both the Left and the Right try to remould human nature to fit their worldviews

The Left remoulds human nature to fit their ideology which says that since we are all the same, culture must make us all the same. But even though the traditional Right remoulds real human nature far less than the Left, the foundation of the traditional Right tries to remould human nature toward non-material spiritualism, eg. “we are all the same under a non-material God.”

The evolutionary sciences since Darwin (eg. sociobiology) have been gradually and empirically honing in on real human nature across the world and found that human nature is genetically kin-centered, gender defined, age-graded, heterosexual, marriage-making, hierarchical, ethnocentric, even xenophobic, and religious-making, among other things, with group-selection as the primary unit of successful selection, followed by individual selection. This fits the Right far more than the Left, until the right brings in spirituality as the foundation of their worldview.

But this reality does not mean that God and religion are rejected, theological materialism brings Godhood and religion back to the material world by affirming the material evolution to supermaterial Godhood. Theological materialism can make theology the king of the sciences again, as it was for so long in the Euro-American past.

The material evolution to supermaterial Godhood does not remould human nature but harmonizes with human nature and follows evolution as evolution moves inevitably in a pattern---even though it has random elements---and that pattern has a discernible direction, in spite of instances of stagnation and retreat, toward higher and higher more effective living forms, always evolving toward Godhood. Any “remoulding” would aid this movement, not try to change it.

Answering Orwell's "Nineteen Eighty Four"

John Rossi writes (Modern Age, Spring 2019) that George Orwell didn't accept the religious answer to the problems satirized in “1984” that this material life is a preparation for the next spiritual life, but that Orwell wanted to restore the religious “attitude” while accepting that death is final.

While Big Brother, Fascism, Libertarianism, Communism, or non-material Spiritual Religion, do not restore the religious attitude while accepting that death is final, theological materialism does.

Theological materialism is thoroughly Western and proud of it, following the Western path in centering on science and reason in affirming sociobiology and emphasizing group-selection, in line with kin and ethnic-centered human nature, as more important than the individualism preferred by the very influential 17th and 18th century Enlightenment.

Big Brother government in any form is not required. For example, an ethnopluralism of ethnostates or regions could be established, legally, in the United States (and elsewhere) with our constitutional separation of powers and states, protected from marauding imperialists, supremacists, and money grubbers, by a light federalism.

Theological materialism affirms religious traditions transformed rather than rejected. When theological materialism looks beneath thought and feeling it finds the multifarious processes of the instincts which activate life to evolve in the material world toward the supreme survival success of Godhood. Theological materialism accepts that death is final at this time but that the biological origin of social behavior goes on as future generations carry our various genes forward (voluntarily improved) as we evolve in the material and supermaterial world toward continuing levels of real Godhood.

How all the fields can aid in the sacred totality of “asha” for the modern world

The Avestan concept of “asha” is interpreted as the totality of truth, order, justice, righteousness, godliness. The modern Zoroastrian, Ushta, said that in asha: science pursues truth, art pursues beauty, politics pursues good, love pursues passion.

The religious philosophy of theological materialism and the projected Theoevolutionary Church essentially pursues the material evolution of life to supermaterial Godhood, which works along with natural selection and evolution, and means that all the fields can aid in this sacred totality. But love doesn't pursue passion alone, love unconsciously pursues passion for the sacred purpose of evolving life toward Godhood.

This totality doesn't contradict the natural separation of powers and states, or ethnostates, which best conform to kin and ethnic-centered human nature across the world.

Working toward a more real and natural sequence of religious and political priorities

This is how a natural subsidiary of religious and political priorities, implied by the evolutionary sciences, can harmonize with the natural sequence of the altruistic genetic priorities of real human nature: Individual, kin, ethnic group, state, region, nation, world, universe, Godhood.

When political philosophy synchronizes with this sequence we could have nations of light federal systems protecting the variety and independence of decentralized regions and states, or ethnostates. When this philosophy is bonded in a religion dedicated to life materially evolving to ongoing levels of Godhood (theological materialism), then we could approach a whole, complete, and long-lasting worldview, free from the non-material utopianism of traditional religious and political ways of looking at the world.

But human beings tend to be more a scheming species than a wise species and long-term religions and philosophies are often blocked or overturned by short-term selfish people. Dominance tends to win over talented creativity, at least in the short term, which of course is no reason to stop working toward a more real and natural sequence of religious and political priorities. It is better not to radically force it, better to take back the cultural institutions first, as the cultural Marxists did before they ruined the West. For example, an ethnopluralism of ethnostates or regions could be established, legally, in the United States with our constitutional separation of powers and states, protected from marauding imperialists, supremacists, and money grubbers, by a light federalism.

Transforming the old Inward Path of asceticism

If the “spirit” is defined as the power of comprehending the totality of being, as the old philosophers and as Josef Pieper say it is, it would then take the non-material out of the picture as well as the idea that God is spiritual.

As I see it, the totality of being is evolutionary and material or supermaterial and is never non-material or spiritual, and we will have to evolve much higher intelligence to see the the true totality of being that the evolved Gods see. We evolve from frogs to Gods and we have a long way to go.

And that's the point here, our traditional religious definitions of spiritualism and God as non-material, and defining the spiritual as comprehending the totality of being, have been blocking the process of material evolution to real Godhood, which we should be aiding.

Total being means materially evolving to supermaterial Godhood and to beings of eternal life, but evolutionary and material life might then go on evolving to higher levels of Godhood and higher levels of eternity.

We can think of the non-material ideas and experiences of the spirit and of God as preliminary attempts to comprehend the totality of being. The old Inward Path of asceticism can be retained but transformed in the Outward Path of material evolution to supermaterial Godhood.
