The Self or Undifferentiated Being of Mysticism Is Not Godhood
The goal of reaching the Self, Absolute or undifferentiated Being in Traditionalism, is however the goal of reaching the Soul existing deep within the mind. This is not Godhood and this is not the goal of the Evolutionary Outward Path in Evolutionary Christianity. This goal of the Self, which is the goal of the Involutionary Inward Path, can even be a Great Spiritual Blockade against attaining Real Godhood at the Zenith of Evolution, if it is seen as the only path, rather than as one of the Twofold Path.
The Inward Path may be a glorious experience but it is the Path to the Soul and not the Spirit, and it is not Godhood. Godhood must be evolved to in the Kosmos. We “become” Godhood which does not happen in human form, it happens after the highest evolution in the Kosmos has been attained through evolution, which is the mission of the Evolutionary Outward Path. It is the Spirit or Will To Godhood that exists at the Zenith of the Soul, it is not the Soul, which guides and activates us to Godhood in evolution.

Intuition And Intellect Are Not At Odds
It is not “anti-intellectual" to affirm intuition. There seems to be a hierarchy within in which intuition is the deepest part of intelligence, not opposed to the intellect.
Is intellect-intuition rational? When rational is not defined as static, mathematical, nonliving form then intellect-intuition can be rational, because evolution moves, it is not stationary, the reason of evolution is attached to living, evolving objects which can then define logic.
Reason probably takes place in the mind-soul and intuition in the Spirit-Will, but since Spirit is at the Zenith of the mind-soul they are part of a whole.
Instinct-intuition is not “prelogical” it is logic itself prior to the intellect seeing it.
Even Socrates exalted reason yet still paid attention to the “daemon” voice inside which he thought was beyond reason. So did Nietzsche---too much.

A Grand Synthesis
"The invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead." - Romans, 1: 20
Our brain-mind structure originated in survival and reproductive drives, and when man creates or intuits religion and philosophy which become abstract beyond this survival origin it can be unhealthy and unbalanced.
Our brain-mind structure originated in survival and reproductive drives, and when man creates or intuits religion and philosophy which become abstract beyond this survival origin it can be unhealthy and unbalanced.
But beneath the brain-mind at the Zenith of the brain-mind is the Soul, and deeper still at the Zenith of the Soul is the Spirit, and this Spirit or Will is the deepest essence or beginning of the origin of our survival and reproductive drives, which activates life to evolve to Godhood.
Evolutionary Christianity (EC) is the only religious and philosophical way I know of combing the survival and reproductive drives defined by science and evolution, with the traditional, religious Soul and Spirit defined as activating life to evolve to Godhood. This answers the separation of mind from body, and the separation of biology from the Spirit.
Some may think that Evolutionary Christianity is an illusory perception, or myth-making to coax the wayward intellect back to natural instincts, and that is okay with me as far as it goes, but EC believes we can evolve to Godhood and are in fact designed to do so.
Unlike Bergson's “elan vital” which does not see the future as predetermined, the Spirit or Will to Godhood does have a determined goal, which is Godhood, although the path of evolution has unforeseeable variety and undetermined paths.

Balancing Intellect-Soul With Instinct-Spirit
Religious formation seems to be the work of intuition, which essentially is instinct, and intuition-instinct seems often to be working against the intellect. Myth and religion are the Spirit-Will (instinct-intuition) calling out to or influencing the Soul (mind), which can be unbalanced or lost to the Spirit-Will instinct. The Soul is the Zenith of the Mind and the Spirit is the Zenith of the Soul.
A Total Religion is the religion which has balanced intellect and instinct. Religions have moved away from the dynamic, causal, “animistic” instincts and toward the more static intellect, and even beyond the intellect, or so they hope, which has unbalanced religion. The idea is not to return to instincts alone but to put the instincts and intellect in balance.
The Evolutionary Christian Church (ECC) has defined the Inward Path as the way of the Mind-Soul, and the Outward Path as the way of the Instinct-Spirit, or the Will to Godhood in evolution. Evolution has helped bring religion back to its sources. The mission of the ECC is to civilize and evolve the beast, not to suppress the beast, the ECC seeks to break the Great Spiritual Blockade which tries to prevent the material world from evolving to the supermaterial world, and Godhood.

The Love Of Concepts And The Fear Of Determinism
It seems to be the general view among phenomenologists, psychologists, existentialists and post-moderns that it is the individualized concepts through which we see the world that matter most in reading human behavior. I find this view sophistical and driven by a general fear of determinism, among other things
This general fear of determinism seems to run through the escape from the sociobiological imperatives of human nature. Viewing the world sociobiologically does not mean that we must view the world as an emotionless robot, emotions and personal differences are certainly included. Sociobiology is far from reading only the “appearances” of the world as is claimed.
When sociobiology seeks to bring the humanities into sociobiology this does not create merely a reductionist worldview. It grounds culture in its own real causes and emotions. It is not sociobiology which “depersonalizes” the world, it is existentialism which dehumanizes the world by more or less rejecting or at least underplaying the biological base and activations behind human nature.
Sociobiology does not inevitably lead to Marx, Spengler or Goebbels, this is a scare tactic. Because progress can be affirmed through evolution does not mean that one does not believe in the past or in traditions. Human beings can chew gum and walk at the same time.
Evolutionary religion adds a religious element to sociobiology, bringing in a new intellectual intuition and faith, which is also far from affirming a cold robotic world. It is our belief that humanity and all life is activated by the Spirit Within and shaped by evolution from without. This is not something to fear but something to try to understand, and even celebrate.

Working hypothesis combining ontology and epistemology
"I am that I am," Exodus 3:14
As John Caputo nicely put it, Kant was interested in what knowledge is, and Aristotle was interested in Being, but I work with the idea that being and knowledge are of the same object, and so the object of knowledge, which is the interest of epistemology, is essentially the same as ontology, what Being is.
The subject is mind, the object is body, and the mind dwells in the object-body, so both are of the object-body.
We can only partially know the object ourselves, but evolution can increase our consciousness of the object, and we can project full consciousness of the Object at the Zenith of Evolution, which is Godhood.
Heidegger asked if the “real” is Being then what “is” validity? I say validity is what the real mind does within the real body, the mind validates the body as best it can, and does this with increasing accuracy as evolution continues. Validity does not exist on its own outside the object body of Being.
There is no real dualism here between Being (the object) and Ideal (the mind of the object).
Even the Spirit, or Will To Godhood, is of our bodies, made of the substance of the body, only it is a supermaterial substance at the Zenith of our Soul, and the Soul is at the Zenith of our Minds.
Defining the term “thing-in-itself,” I present the “thing” as the mind-spirit, and the “itself” is the body. The Supreme Thing-In-Itself is the Mind and Body of God as One.

Idealistic Realism: Seeing Form and Following Intuition
The idea or form of Godhood at the zenith of evolution is an idea, an intellectual intuition, but it is also a Supreme Evolved Object, and so we return to the old problem of unchanging idealistic form versus realistic moving evolution.
Godhood is more than an idea or an unchanging form, Godhood takes place in time with the evolution of moving bodies, otherwise it is only an equation, a form.
For me, real objects exist and we can usually see only part of them consciously, although, tapping into the Spirit Within, we can intellectually intuit what they are and where they are going. We can also intuit evolution evolving total consciousness to fully know reality, when Godhood is attained.
The religious philosopher's job is not to distinguish only the real from the symbolic, as science does, but to distinguish both the real and symbolic. This avoids the extremes of science (only what's real) and religion ( what's unreal.)

Republicanism As Meritocracy
I support meritocracy, change from the top, through the Republicanism of our Constitution, representative government, not through monarchism or fascism.
But Republicanism it is also populist, change from the bottom, since people vote for their representatives. This is better than the tyrannical populism of Marxism.
Republicanism in America is already a tradition which only needs revitalization and not a new revolution.
Will demographic changes alter our Constitution? If so it's over for America. Our way to cope with the demographic changes coming is to uphold virtually independent states, with a very light federalism protecting the variety.
And no culture has arisen or lasted without being grounded in religion, so religion and politics needs to understand and affirm this future, even as it upholds past traditions.

The False Despair Of Postmodernism
The main reason why Postmodernism finds only despair and irony in the world, after having rejected all the religious and philosophical “narratives” that people live by, is because they could not, or would not, face the real narrative of human biological evolution.
It is understandable that the tyranny and great suffering of the Second World War would scare people away from the subject of human sociobiology. The racial nationalism of that era was an imperialistic and supremacist misreading of how to live with the biological drives of all people, all races, all states. Sociobiology instead points toward thousands of small, evolving states protected by a light federalism, with no single noble or chosen race, as the best way to survive in the crowded world of competition.
Postmodernism, and science, have not looked deep enough into biology to see the Spirit or Will To Godhood activating biology from within, and evolution shaping biology from without. Evolutionary Christianity taps into the real world of evolution and finds sacred meaning for all people in evolution toward the Godhood first seen in Traditional religion.

What Marx Missed
Marx essentially limited materialism to human material society. When we spiritualize materialism we arrive at evolutionary supermaterialism and not the non-material spiritualism of Hegel. The Spirit is supermaterial.
Marx missed this deeper form of materialism-spiritualism, which would have synthesized “materialism” with “spiritualism,” science with religion.
We evolve materially to supermateriality and finally to Godhood. This is affirmed in the Twofold Path of Evolutionary Christianity (EC).
If Marx had made this connection to Traditional religion, Marxian theory might not have led to tyranny and collapse, as it did.
History can move with Ordered Evolution, not with radical revolution. The Revitalized Conservatism of EC affirms this Ordered Evolution.

Artificial Life And Real Life
We can assume Relativity is true if we assume we can travel near the speed of light, which may or may not be possible. These are mathematical assumptions, equations, denotations. My problem is not with the math, my problem is making a God out of artificial definitions over the real living object.
Is this anti-intellectual? No, it is anti making a God of artificial numbers. Since I have not seen the Godhood I affirm why is not my definition as imaginary as the thought experiments proving Relativity? The difference may seem small but it is vital. I insist on the real living, material-supermaterial object Godhood and not the artificial mathematics or metaphysics of God, I even admit the term “idealistic realism” or theological materialism, to indicate the involvement of faith in the unknown..
This is not a rejection of mathematics or of artificial life, it is a rejection of the worship of artificial life over real life. These values have consequences regarding technology and machines used to advance ourselves, and the idea of “singularity, when men and machines are equal in intelligence. We do not want to become machines. The living object, the body is sacred, it is the material vehicle by which we evolve to Godhood.

Theological Materialism: History Beyond Hegel And Marx
Marx thought he had set Hegel on his feet in saying that human history and society is driven by material and not spiritual forces.
Digging deeper than the material feet of Marx into the biological body, here I find the Spirit of Hegel as the activating force of material evolution, but I don't see it as "spiritual."
History and evolution are moving toward Godhood, beyond the ideal state defined by Marx, and not toward the non-material Spirit of Hegel, but toward supermaterial Godhood at the Zenith of Evolution.
In the Twofold Path, the Spirit Within of religion reflects and adds the Godhood Without of evolution. This rescues Tradition from radicalism as the inward path is transformed but retained, adding the Spirit of religion to materialism and evolution.

No Duality Between Catholic Intellect and Protestant Will
I resolve the differences between the Catholic way of the intellect and the Protestant way of the will by declaring that the Spirit-Will-To-Godhood is higher than both. In this sense instinct is will, intellect, and intuition. I see the Spirit-Will like a Super-Id directing evolution from the inside while being shaped by evolution from the outside.
The question: how can intellectual intuition define itself, the Soul, and the Spirit-Will in a scientific or materialist way? I think science will one day find the supermaterial substance of these things.
No duality here.

Reason, instinct and intuition
As Bergson more or less said, all is instinct. When we think we have multiple choice we think we have freedom, and when we have only one choice we think we are not free. But neither one is complete freedom. Bergson also brilliantly described instinct as intuition.
Can reason discover instinct-intuition? I describe the Spirit-Will as at the base of instinct, which is may also be the highest human reason, so in this sense there is no duality between reason, instinct and intuition.
Intellectual intuition exists at the highest level of the brain-mind, or the Will-Spirit, that is, the Will-Spirit is at the zenith of the brain and cerebral process, where intellectual intuition dwells. The "Soul" is the seeing or experiencing of what is seen inwardly.
But if we take intellectual intuition deeper than the Soul, at the Zenith of the Soul is the Will-Spirit, or the Will To Godhood.
It is the Spirit or Will to Godhood which activates us to evolve toward the complete freedom and highest consciousness of Godhood.

The Lower and Higher Holy Grail
It does seem that the “Holy Grail” might be defined as the goal of searching for your higher consciousness, or seeking the the God Within. But this can be and has been a Great Spiritual Blockade when it is considered the end-goal of all religion.
The Lower Holy Grail is the God Within of the Involutionary Inward Path, but it is the Evolutionary Outward Path which seeks to evolve in the material world to the Higher Holy Grail of Actual Godhood in the supermaterial world. The Lower Grail is the Soul-Within, but it is the the Spirit-Will which activates evolution to the Higher Grail of Godhood.
Both Grails are retained in the Twofold Path of Evolutionary Christianity.
The Most Virtuous Acts
The most virtuous act is to recognize the Spirit-Within all created things as the Will To Godhood activating natural and supermaterial evolution to Godhood. The second most virtuous act is to recognize the Soul- Within as an inward mirror of Godhood. The first is the revelation of the Evolutionary Christian Church, the second is the revelation of Traditional Religion. Both Paths are affirmed in the Twofold Path of Evolutionary Christianity.

Idealistic Realism
The common sense approach I will take to the debate on Realism in philosophy is that what we see with our senses is real but incomplete. Science can sometimes help us see more of reality with it's increasingly sophisticated technology.
I enter into Idealism by applying intellectual intuition in seeing evolution gradually advancing our abilities to see what is real, and then I project this same evolution, which moves from the simple to the complex, and from unconscious to conscious, into higher and higher beings who can perceive more and more of reality. Finally, perhaps all or most of Reality can be seen and known when life evolves in the cosmos all the way to Godhood, where at this Zenith of Evolution all of Reality is seen and known, but not until then.
Modern philosophy has been blocked in paying too much attention to the methods and phenomenon of seeing reality, and this has overcomplicated the problem. This is not unlike the Great Spiritual Blockade of evolving theological materialism.
The Evolutionary Christian Church combines the Realism of Catholicism with an idealistic and scientific evolutionary perspective.

Transformations and intuition
Definitions of God tend to be fixed concepts taken from moving, evolving reality, and this is a problem. Religions have tended to make God a fixed concept rather than a live Godhood.
Even Godhood transforms, transforming Godhood to higher and higher Godhoods, with some gods sinking back in the next cosmos.
As Bergson said, it is intuition that can better see moving things than rational immobile analysis.

All Is Causal
Science has said an event causes another event because there is a law connecting them. Theological Materialism says the primordial law causing other laws is the activating Will To Godhood, or the Holy Spirit-Will within all life, which works within the laws of natural evolution. The Will to Godhood activates life from within, evolution shapes life from without. This does not mean that the Spirit-Will is "Being," as Nietzsche seems to have thought with his Will To Power, because the desire of the Spirit-Will requires the material vehicle to evolve to Godhood.
Neither theology nor philosophy lifts human action out of the causal, as it has often claimed, even if science has not yet defined Godhood and the Spirit-Will. All is causal and it has been a great illusion to think that Godhood exists outside of the world. Godhood is not “less” because It shares causes and substances with us. Godhood is the Zenith of Evolution and the final destination of the activating Spirit-Will within life. Nothing is outside of nature, but Godhood is the Zenith of Nature.

Nothing stands outside it's causes
The following, for me, answers Heidegger's concerns (see Caputo's “Heidegger and Aquinas,” 1982) with who is defining or who is “sending” the Being, in relation to the thing sent, or what was defined.
Nothing stands outside it's causes, not even Godhood, which contains the Spirit that activates life to evolve to Godhood, including the life that became Godhood through evolution.
This is why essence, often defined as idea, does not stand outside of existence, or outside the thing or idea converted into reality. Essence for me is defined as the material Inward Dynamics or Spirit-Will, and existence is the material and supermaterial Body activated by that Inward Dynamics or Spirit-Will, with no real separation between them. Even Spirit is a supermaterial substance not yet identified by science.
Contrary to what Heidegger said, possibility is not more important than actuality, possibility is encased in actuality, in the way I have just mentioned, that is, the possibilities of the activating Spirit-Will within lies within actual life.

On Courage
It has always seemed to me that courage is the key to great philosophy perhaps more than anything else. Seeing the truth has been difficult through the ages because truth requires courage to see in the history of ideas, and also amid the knowledge of ones time, which can often be not truthful. With courage comes clearness, less complication, whereas lack of courage brings obfuscation.
Unfortunately it is often timid men who become intellectuals and their writings often reflect their timidity. There are exceptions but not many. This seems to be why folk culture often seems more truthful, courageous men don't seem to become intellectuals. This also explains why high culture needs to be the superstructure built over the structure of folk culture.
Aung Kyi said it's not power that corrupts but fear. One can be born with natural courage or one can cultivate courage by refusing to let fear dictate ones actions. The philosophers and writers I like all seem to be, at least, courageous.

Freedom and Determinism
It is not a matter of losing freedom when subject “surrenders” to object (Roger Scruton), because there never was such freedom in the first place to surrender. We are surrendering only the illusion of freedom.
I see the problem of “freedom” as compared to the brain-mind relationship to the body, with the brain being the subject and the body the object.
The brain (subject) is not free of the body (object), it is that simple, and this to me means the object controls the subject, even though the subject (brain) also controls the object (body), as the brain is the control center of the body.
The desperate attempt in philosophy to demand “freedom” probably stems from the fear of lack of control over ones life and existence. But the subject is encased in the object, and we have little freedom.
This dilemma was taken all the way to definitions of God, where it was hoped that at least God could be free. But I believe that even Godhood, in our likeness, has a Supreme Mind and Supreme Body, as subject and object, and God's Mind is not “free” from God's Body.
I think that we must accept that we are naturally and supernaturally evolving to Godhood as a determined goal in the cosmos, although we have some freedom in the paths taken to this determined goal. It is healthiest for us in general when we get in harmony with and accept this kind of determinism.

Concealing Being
According to John Caputo (“Heidegger and Aquinas,” 1982) Heidegger said that the difference between Being and being has been concealed by philosophy. It seems to me that this was not concealment because I see little difference between Being and being. However, later Heidegger became more interested in who was defining Being (the sender) than in Being.
I think that in standard ontology, Being (big B) is the definition or denotation only of being (small b) as when the brain defines the body. Even in Godhood Being is the mind of God (being). Being depends on being and being depends on Being.
This suggest to me that the being of ontology deserves the large B of Being because the overall total being is superior in its totality to the Mind or Being. Being is never separate from being. Being never “emerges” away from being on its own. Being or Godhood simply exists as a supermaterial object who knows itself fully as it exists.
This relates to what I see as the false separation between “essence” and “existence.” The essence, or idea, is never separate from the existence of the object in the same way that Being is not separate from being.
Aquinas, the central philosopher of Catholicism, sees Being as act, to be is to act, and this I can agree with. But Being also exists as a living being that has evolved to Godhood, which is the potential of all other objects in the Kosmos. Being then transforms, as other lesser objects transform, into the next Kosmos.
There is no It, or Being, left behind when being emerges from being, or Godhood. Only the Holy Spirit remains as the offspring of Godhood activating the next Kosmos.
It should be understood (it may be obvious) that my thinking on Being and being, like Aquinas, is ultimately mystical, “ratio” knows its place. I conceptualize a mystical view of Godhood (intellectual intuition) and consider conceptualization a lesser instrument than knowing or being the total Object Itself.
This leads to the ground of the Evolutionary Christian Church, which I call Theological Materialism.

Ending the war between the physical and the moral
The war between the physical and moral needs to end. This war seems to have been initiated by religions and philosophies which confounded God with form only, with the moral only, and not as a physical-superphysical Object. This war can cease when we realize that the physical seeks to evolve to the superphysical Godhood. The moral can then join and harmonize with the physical, and the physical with the moral.
Even so, the Traditional God of form and morality can be retained in seeking the Spirit-Will-Within through the Involutionary Inward Path. But this Spirit Within must not be confounded with God. Physical and supermaterial Godhood needs to be added so that we may evolve to true and real Godhood by way of the Evolutionary Outward Path.

Saving Religion and Science
Without the addition of the Greek pagan philosophers (eg. by Aquinas and others) Christianity would have led to the relaxed nonmaterial life of India (precapitalism), because Christ's message, like all the traditional sages, was definitively against the material world and against the natural desires of the flesh. Such pagan virtues as courage, group justice, and loyalty made social morality possible, whereas Christian values led to ascetic monks and monasteries, as in the East, even if there were slight agreements that it is better to marry than burn of the flesh.
After the steady advance of scientific knowledge of the material world, for example, the brilliant insights into evolution, both religion and science unconsciously at least demoralized the world. There were complications from not being able to connect material and spiritual things, leaving people---both in science and religion---adrift with no solid base for morality.
Evolutionary Christianity (EC) brings material evolution into religion by defining Godhood as the Zenith of material and supermaterial evolution. The God of traditional religion is identified as the God-Within or the Spirit-Will, attained through the Involutionary Inward Path, and the God-Without is seen as the Zenith of natural and supermaterial evolution, attained through the Evolutionary Outward Path. Both Paths are retained in the Twofold Path. EC brings material evolution into religion and religion into future science---science, for example, still needs to define the supermaterial Spirit-Will that activates life. This brings the Spiritual and Material together allowing the world to be re-moralized and revitalized.

Nietzsche's death of God was greatly exaggerated
Nietzsche was on to something important when he saw Being as Will, but there was no need to kill Godhood. He could have seen the Will as the activating Spirit of traditional religion driving material evolution to supermaterial evolution and Godhood. Being becomes being becomes Being becomes being evermore in evolution. It was therefore an error to announce the death of God.
It was also not necessary to murder religion. Nietzsche could have synthesized the Will into the Holy Spirit, as the God-Within of traditional religion, and retained the natural world as that which evolves to the God seen as the Inward God or Will to Godhood.
This is what the Twofold Path does in Evolutionary Christianity.

Revitalizing The “Good”
Professor Kozinski (Modern Age, Spring 2010) and others say that education means developing the ability to reason, but then reason needs to know and achieve the “good.” What is the good? Aristotle says the good is happiness. Traditional Christians, and other religions, say this is not enough, we need God-revealed knowledge to complete ourselves so that we may see man's ultimate good.
I see “happiness” as a shorter-term goal and not the longer-term end-goal, since happiness is a process within another deeper process explained in natural science; we feel happiness when we fulfill drives which lead to our survival and reproductive success, that is the natural incentive behind happiness. So survival and reproductive success become a deeper good than happiness, yet still not the deepest goal.
Survival and reproductive success alone do not fully define the good. Tradition has said that we need religion-derived knowledge of man's ultimate goal, which “material reason” alone cannot verify. I think that the “supermaterial reason” of the Spirit can verify the ultimate goals, with intellectual intuition and faith.
In the Theoevolutionary Church the Soul is at the zenith of the material mind and contains the zenith of material reasoning. It is through the Soul that one can glimpse the supermaterial "reasoning" of the Spirit, which exists at the Zenith of the Soul. Here in the Spirit is the Will to Godhood within evolution. Here the Theoevolutionary Church revitalizes Tradition with the Twofold Path.
The Two Goods in Theoevolutionary Church derive from the Involutionary and Evolutionary Paths. The Involutionary Inward Path is the Path to the Soul and Spirit within of Traditional religion, and the Evolutionary Outward Path is the Path to God-Without, which is the Godhood we evolve to in the natural and supermaterial world.
The ultimate “good” therefore means attaining Godhood through the Evolutionary Outward Path, and this good can be seen or mirrored in the Involutionary Inward Path. This is the Twofold Path to happiness and to the Absolute Good. Education can be defined in how we learn these things.

Utopian yet not totalitarian
Evolutionary Christianity (EC) could be said to have a “utopian” goal, namely, the evolution of life to Godhood, but EC does not affirm totalitarian state power to attain its goal. This makes EC a unique synthesis of traditionalism and progression, which I call Revitalized Conservatism.
This relates to the hope in EC of the synthesis of science and religion, where we are not confined by the standard empirical model of life but see Godhood and the Spirit-Will as a supermaterial phenomenon, as objects of nature and evolution, yet to be fully defined by science.
That is, the task of government is not libertarian and not socialist, government and religion need to protect the right and freedom of all people to evolve to Godhood, while at the same time protecting evolutionary differences, as we all rise, at our own speed, to Godhood, within small states and localities, protected by a light federalism.

The purpose of the frustrations at the airports, and the blow-back
The globalist's don't really mind the frustrations of the searches and gropings at the airports because they think this will make the people hate the Muslim world more. A few Muslim extremist groups, whose tactics are often evil, are now about the only serious opposition to the globalist takeover of the world.
But fueling this hatred is a wrong calculation and it will have blow-back in the form of isolationism. Then the problem for the globalists will be to make the isolationists seem as evil as they made the Muslim extremists. This won't work well either because localism and nationalism harmonize well with basic human nature, and globalism does not.

People are both means and ends
Upward evolution is not evil and it defines people as both means and ends. The problems come when one people, one state, see themselves as the only noble ones, the only chosen ones, neglecting the universal activation to evolve to Godhood within all people, all states.
Contrary to Kant we should act on the maxim that all people, all races, all states are activated as means, and not merely as ends, to evolve to Godhood, and it is our mission to aid in this sacred end goal, for all. When one group declares themselves the only worthy group it usually doesn't survive for long.
People are living objects, not abstract objects, the abstract subject exist within the mind of the living object---means are as valuable as ends.

Being as being
There is no essential difference between what is known in philosophy and theology as being (lower-case) and Being (higher-case) other than the degree of the evolution of beings. The highest being-Being, or Beings, is Godhood by degree of evolution.
Being is in the mind of being and is part of being only as a definition of being. Therefore, Being does not really deserve its higher-case designation, other than to indicate the highest evolution.
Mind is that which grants being a definition, and mind exits in the object-being as less than the object itself.
This gives primacy to existence over the definition of existence, this gives primacy to the object of existence over the subject of existence. Object and subject are in any case the same, as Being is the same as being---Being exists inside being as mind. It is not the "essence" of being either.
The highest Being is inside the being of Godhood as the Mind of Godhood, therefore, we will not know Being until we evolve to Godhood and have the Mind of Godhood. All Being-beings from the lowest evolved to the highest evolved are made of substance in the world; supermaterial substance in the world evolves from material substance.
I would prefer to reverse the higher-case Being to the lowercase being because it is being which is the Supreme Object whereas what has been called Being is only the definition of being---this also is true even in the Mind of Godhood.

Not “either” earth “or” heaven, one evolves to the other
The Twofold Path in Evolutionary Christianity (EC) offers faith and hope beyond the earth, beyond the human species, as we evolve to Godhood in the Kosmos. But this faith does not discard earth or humanity, which are the only vehicles we have to evolve to Godhood beyond the earth.
Nietzsche's Zarathustra wanted men to “remain faithful to the earth,” he thought faith and humanity should not look beyond the earth, heaven was a lie, we should develop man and superman on earth. Feuerbach (one of Hegel's disciples) said that Christianity prevents humanity from realizing the Absolute. But the solution to this is not to radically throw out Christianity but to incorporate the Twofold Path of Evolutionary Christianity.
It is not either earth or heaven, or either Christianity or atheism, it is earth and Christianity as the path of evolution to Godhood. In the Involutionary Inward Path of EC the Spirit is reached within, as a sacred reference to the Godhood of the Evolutionary Outward Path. The Absolute is reached through the natural world of evolution from the material to the supermaterial in the Evolutionary Outward Path. This is the Twofold Path..
And science is still involved in EC, future science can eventually define the Spirit and Godhood in supermaterial terms.

Surrendering subject to sacred object
It takes courage to surrender the subject to the object. We prefer to think we are special, free, not a “thing.” So we try to set ourselves outside the object as a subject. This is not reality. The reality is that we are objects who think we are free subjects.
We see the great fear of philosophers in surrendering subject to object in the ways they warn us of how the communists, fascists and the Brave New World viewed humans as “merely” objects.
When we can see living objects as evolving to Godhood then objects become less cold and not removed from the sacred. Science rejects this goal as not being a part of living objects and this is mainly what makes science seem cold. But even if there was not an activating Spirit or Will to Godhood within living objects, it still seems cowardly of us to deny objects in favor of subjects.
The two ways we see ourselves, according to Roger Scruton and others, as subjects with self-conscious freedom, or as objects as part of nature's causality, are to my mind not equal ways at all. The object of causality is all there is, even if the subject can think about causality.
When the Spirit Within is included in a scientific causality activating life along the various paths of natural evolution, all the way to Godhood, then it is this which will alleviate the coldness and alienation of the object and make the object more sacred, and not something to be feared.

Avoiding the paralysis: History is not at an end
Theologians and philosophers have mainly only interpreted Godhood, the goal is to evolve to Godhood.
The “Grand Narrative” is not at all dead. The future of the world depends not on Hegel's dialectic but on Darwin's evolution reinterpreted theologically.
It is absurd to say as Fukuyama says (after Hegel) that history has reached its conclusion because we have attained liberal democracy and a market economy. The struggle is not merely for Hegel's freedom and recognition, the struggle is to evolve all the way to Godhood.
Only evolutionary thinking can avoid the paralysis of dogmatic systems in theology, philosophy and even in science. The material Spirit-Will activates evolution to Godhood, thus a Grand Narrative that combines science and theology is possible. The path is mainly undetermined in natural evolution but the goal of Godhood activated by the Spirit-Will is determined.

Godhood exists in space and time
This is the key to translating the idea of the transcendent to supermaterialism. Godhood is supermaterial and does not transcend time and space.
The Spirit-Will within man, and within all life, also exists in space and time, but It may contain the supermaterial qualities of the Godhood. The transcendental can also be thought of as an “intuition” of the higher states of the material.
The primary task of the Spirit-Will is the activate life to evolve in the natural world to Godhood, which is why the Spirit can also be called the Will To Godhood.
The meaning of “perfection” in theology does not include change, the God of theology is changeless in this way. But Evolutionary Christianity does not see change as imperfect. Change is evolutionary and Godhood is attained through evolution. Then Godhood may change as the next cosmos is born.

The Bridge
Evolutionary Christianity (EC) is bridging the barrier between empirically proved truth and transcendental belief, by defining the transcendence as supermaterial, which would be considered an hypothesis in science, but is considered true reality in EC, yet to be proved by science.
This means we don't reject transcendence as Spinoza and as the moderns did, we define transcendence as supermaterial. We evolve in the material world to Godhood in the supermaterial world.
This is not offered merely as a consolation to the loss of a timeless God, as Nietzsche's superman, this is the way to see, know and become Godhood. Our human evolution to Godhood can bring back what Roger Scruton called the community of holiness---we are all evolving to Godhood---which was lost when God was declared dead.

The Return To The First God
Bringing religion back to the material
If we see the different religions as part of one evolutionary history we might see the first-phase God as an actual object God, as a sort of superhuman. Then men began to distinguish themselves from God and see God outside themselves and not of the material world. The God of philosophers, God as Idea, could be seen or found inwardly but this was still a God separate from the material world.
Evolutionary Christianity could be thought of as returning to the first God, the Supreme Object God. This also means a return to the material world which was virtually exiled from serious religion. Godhood is seen as the apotheosis of the material world, we can conceive of ourselves as natural beings without being atheistic. We need not, like the Left Hegelians, replace God with humankind, we reinstate God as a supermaterial Godhood attained through evolution. The Inward God is retained as a symbol of God and activating the world to evolve to real Godhood in the Twofold Path.
By bringing religion back to the material and supermaterial, we can also bring religion back to science or science back to religion, which have been separated.

Upsetting the Programming
The one force that can, over time, upset the program of ignorance, or upset any Cryptocracy (esoteric manipulation of the minds of the masses), is the Will to Godhood, the Spirit-Within, which seeks to climb always toward Godhood in the natural and supermaterial world. This is God's Will and God's Divine Grace. Evolutionary Christianity appeals to this Force, this Will, this Spirit.
The Truth is both of the Mind (Soul) and of the Spirit, but it can be biased and manipulated. The Cryptocracy ultimately or esoterically attends the Involutionary Soul Within, the Zenith of the Mind, and it directly or indirectly blocks the Evolutionary Outward Path of the Spirit's activation of life to evolve to Godhood.
Evolutionary Christianity does not reject or extirpate this Inward Path as one might expect, because it is the ancient path of Traditional Religion. We synthesize the Inward Path with the Outward Path in the Twofold Path, thereby countering the religious justification for direct war, occult or otherwise.

The Philosophical Trap of Subjects and Objects
The self or subject is part of an
object like all other objects, humans as objects with minds and
consciousness can become conscious of the self in various degrees of
consciousness, objects can become conscious of the subject or the
self.
Some objects, such as lower animals,
cannot become conscious of the self, whereas the highest evolved
Objects can become totally conscious of the Self, which defines
Godhood. Godhood must be evolved to among the various evolving
objects in the cosmos. We are objects of the world and in
the world.
We don't have to attain Godhood to see
the subject as object, but we have to attain Godhood to see the
Totality of the subject-object. Religion has almost exclusively
concentrated on the human subject becoming conscious of the object,
blocking out the natural evolution that makes this fully possible.
We cannot, as humans, become fully
conscious of the object contrary to many spiritual gurus, until or
unless be evolve all the way to Godhood, from the material to the
supermaterial. We never stand outside of nature. The distinction
between the sacred and profane is based on the level of evolution
leading to Godhood, or the sacred, and not on the material versus the
spiritual, since the spiritual is supermaterial.

The Young Hegelians
Unlike Feuerbach and the Left Hegelians, Evolutionary Christianity does not have to abolish Christianity to conceive of man as a natural being.
I apotheosize the natural being into a supermaterial being, and into Godhood, who is evolved to in the natural and supermaterial world. Godhood is seen as the Zenith of Evolution.
I don't enshrine humankind in place of Hegel's Absolute Spirit, as Feuerbach (and later Marx) tried to do, I enshrine the highest evolved natural Object, or Objects, in the cosmos, which is the Supreme Object Godhood.
This Godhood does not take the place of the "Absolute Spirit," the Spirit-Will is seen as the Second Logos in Godhood, and it is material or supermaterial.
In Hegel, as in many philosophers and theologians before him, the-idea-in-itself IS God, whereas in Evolutionary Christianity the “idea-in-itself” is “only” in the Mind of Godhood as the Third Logos, or as Soul-Mind-Body-Evolution.
The Great Spiritual Blockade against material objects ends in the positive theology of the evolution of the natural world to Godhood.

No contradiction between individualism and altruism
Ayn Rand did no see that there is no contradiction between individualism and altruism, sociobiology has proven this. Economic nationalism can rise affirmed by sociobiology, which helps define true human nature. We advance ourselves by advancing our related groups.
We need free men, free small states, free economics, but we also need a light, federal, altruistic protection of the economic states within the nation, so that the individuals within the states and nation can prosper, as we did when economic nationalism helped our nation rise to the highest standard of living in human history.
Ayn Rand's formidable intellectual courage was not formidable enough to turn her back on her life's work, her radical libertarian individualism, although she might have at the end of her heyday when sociobiology arose. Perhaps her hatred of group behavior was just too strong to overcome following Soviet communism and German fascism, which she lived through.

Godhood Is Not Death
Mysticism in most religions ends in silence, in an “imageless” God, Truth or the Absolute.
But Godhood is not imageless, not silence, not death. Godhood is the Zenith of Evolution, the Supreme Object of supermateriality.
Godhood has been confounded with the God-Within, or the Soul and Spirit, which does require a form of death to see or experience, blocking or unattaching oneself from all material desires. But this is the goal of the Involutionary Inward Path, not the goal of the Evolutionary Outward Path. These are both included in the Twofold Path of Evolutionary Christianity.
Logos is not the “idea-in-itself” of Hegel, the idea-in-itself only defines or denotes the Supreme Object Godhood.

Rescuing Art From Overthinking
Since at least Hegel's time it has been thought that philosophy transcends art because we supposedly think the Absolute whereas art “merely” expresses the Absolute in figurative form.
We need to go back to expressing the Absolute in figurative form because the Absolute is a figurative form, a Supreme Living Object.
Godhood is not merely “imageless truth,” not merely the “idea-in-itself” of Hegel, this thinking can indeed lead to the end of art. Ideas only define objects that are more important than the ideas that represent them.
Art should progress exactly the opposite of Hegel's scheme, art needs to rearrange itself from poetry back to sculpture and architecture, art needs to move away from the idea of the triumph of mind over matter, and instead move back to matter and then on to the supermateriality defined in evolved-to Godhood.

Redeeming The Material In Religion
Materialism has been barely tolerated by Religion, leaving materiality out of morality, except in a back door, contrary way of trying to deal with the devil.
What is not understood is that the rejection of materialism applies only to the Involutionary Inward Path that leads to the Soul and Spirit Within man, which all the Revealed Religion's seek. Various methods are used to see or experience the Soul and Spirit Within, which involve blocking out the senses and the material world. Religious morality derives essentially from this discipline.
But this technique does not apply to the Evolutionary Outward Path to Godhood, which is the other half of the Twofold Path in Evolutionary Christianity. In the Outward Path one reaches true and real Godhood through material evolution all the way to supermateriality. The Spirit Within contains great attributes of Godhood, since it came from Godhood, but it is not Godhood, and should not be the single goal of religion.

What Will Change?
The day after the 2010 midterm elections the question for me remains: who is going to promote economic nationalism, which will cure America of most of its ills?
The Tea Party seems controlled by the influence of the economic globalists, and both parties are a mix of a majority who support globalism and a minority who support economic nationalism. Economic nationalism built this country and made it great, as it is now building China and making China great. We need trade, but we need fair trade, not free trade.
The American people seem to be instinctive economic nationalists, but they have few national representatives, and the liberal media dislikes economic nationalism. The Democrats, backed by resurgent unions, may be more open to protecting American jobs than the Republicans, who are also controlled by the global corporations.
When their patriotism is not manipulated the people feel that we need to bring our armies home, our troops have mainly been dupes for raiding and looting global corporations. This would save us billions, and also make us better liked in the world.
As long as Americans are losing their jobs and losing their country to the globalists, I don't think this strain of economic nationalism will go away. The number of economic nationalists will grow, and they will eventually find their national spokesman, and their media. But it will not be easy.

Human Nature and Art
The various “calls to order” which brought in the various revivals of Classicism in art can be seen as attempts to ground culture in human nature. The idea that the classical calls to order happened following a period of chaos, war, etc., has also been discerned. But I prefer to think of Classicism as not so much going back to the past as going back to human nature.
Sociobiology has described how culture is on a “leash” of biology, and when culture roams too far from biological human nature it will be pulled back to human nature. For example, attempts at universal equality as in communism have little relation to human nature---human nature is kin-centered, monogamous, hierarchical, xenophobic, even ethnocentric, etc. which brings back a Revitalized Conservatism.
The Evolutionary Realism in art of the Theoevolutionary Church adds the Will to Godhood, or Tirips, which activates life to evolve to Godhood in the cosmos. This means that art need not merely copy the past in a plastic neoclassicism but revitalize the past with Ordered Evolution. Ordered Evolution affirms tradition even as it projects forward toward future evolution to Godhood. This grounds art in the affirmation of the sacred, which has defined all great works of art, which is affirmed in the Twofold Path of the Theoevolutionary Church.

Time, Numbers, Objects, and Godhood
Our task is to find ways to understand reality, not to get trapped in the endless, philosophical, Gordian Knot of whether the world is real or not. Godhood and the world are objectively real, and not merely a subjective experience.
Spinoza was right in drawing no distinction between God and the natural world, but this is valid only as long as we also see various levels of evolution in the natural world leading up to Godhood in the supermaterial world. The substance of Godhood, as yet unknown, will become known when we evolve to Godhood.
There seems to be no "timeless" realm, there is only objects moving through time. This is contrary to many philosophical interpretations of the Absolute, or religious interpretations of God. Godhood is a Supreme Object in time.
Numbers do not exist as objects, but this does not make numbers a timeless God, numbers are merely descriptions of objects and nothing more. Numbers do not deserve equal status with the objects they represent.

Matter Over Mind
"What is enclosed in the sanctuary of the arcana
Is disclosed in the testimony of phenomena."
- Ibn ‘Ata’illah
Human history seems to be the “triumph” of mind over matter, but it is time to reverse the near-hatred of the material world, which was initiated by the Reveled Religions as an esoteric attempt to see the Soul and Spirit Within by blocking out the sensual-material world, using various religious disciplines. Science began the slow climb out by exhuming the material world, but science made the same mistake of radicalism that religion had done, in reverse, by rejecting religion and the Soul and Spirit.
Now it is time to combine the two, which Evolutionary Christianity does in the Twofold Path. We can see the “God-Within” using the Involutionary Inward Path of the Revealed Religions, but now we go deeper within the Soul to the Spirit, which activates the material world to evolve in the Evolutionary Outward Path to the Supermaterial Godhood first seen in the Inward Path. Materialism and spiritualism, religion and science join here in the Great Synthesis.

The foundation of the political view
People predominantly create cultures, cultures do not create people. Political theorists often miss the base of human nature when they define the meaning of political life.
Before capitalism or socialism arise men have basic survival and reproductive drives that seek success by developing various cultures. The various attributes of a people, such as intelligence, energy, creativity, are not the same among all people, and therefore they create different cultures.
Because all men are not the same, yet all men do have the will to success and power, it seems best to form small states for a variety of men with a variety of attributes. The small states can then be protected by a light federalism, with the central task being the protection of the sovereignty of the small states.
But deeper even then the power drives of reproduction is the Will to Godhood, the Spirit-Will, which activates all life in conjunction with natural evolution. This is the divine base of human nature, and this is why men need ultimately to make upward evolution toward Godhood possible within the states. This is where religion, specifically the religion of Evolutionary Christianity, can be seen as separate from the various states, yet at the right hand of the people. No real culture has ever developed or sustained without being based in religion.

Toward Evolutionary Realism
Truth is an object
Hegel seems to have thought that truth was “imageless,” but truth is an object, and Godhood is a Supreme Object, therefore “image-thinking” is higher than imageless thinking. In this sense there is no “pure thought” free of materialism or supermaterialism.
It was an error when philosophy and religion claimed that they could dispense with the material and deal only in “pure concepts.” That way you lose reality.
Art strives to become supermaterial rather than immaterial and abstract. Art needs to return to what Hegel disparaged as picture-thinking. Less abstract sculpture might this way rate higher than abstract poetry.
Art can explore present and future material life, which is a form of idealism but grounded in nature and evolution. Art can be shaped to future organic life, future man and future Gods, who are of nature and evolving in time.

Sociobiology And Back To The Sense-Object
Religion, art, philosophy became too deep, too complex, as they moved away from the sense-mediums and into airy idealism.
I think sociobiology, which is the study of the biological aspects of social behavior, in the 1970's began to bring culture back to the sense-object, the material foundation. But sociobiology has just barely penetrated the liberal arts in our colleges and universities.
Sociobiology has given us the most accurate reading of human nature in history and it affirms and helps explain the Revitalized Conservatism of Evolutionary Christianity. We add the activating Spirit-Will to evolution with the goal of Godhood.

How Time Is Secondary
It seems to me that the timeless God of Plato and the esoteric religions was defined because thinkers could not face an always moving, always living and dying, evolving world, they demanded a timeless God, say, like the number three, which exists forever.
Yet even if the number three does not perish, it is not a living entity, it defines a living entity, and so it is secondary to the living entity. Time is less important than life in time, and time should not be valued higher than life. Life moves through time, time doesn't move through life.
The living object is more important than the definition of the object. The always transforming Godhood Object is more important than the definition of Godhood.

The Great Error Of God-Within-Devil-Without
God-Within-Devil-Without has meant the slow decline of the Christian Church. It is a great error, it is a Great Spiritual Blockade against the Real Path to Godhood, which is the “Outward “ world of the Evolution to Godhood.
Does this justify rooting out the Inward Path? No, but it does demand the divine addition of the Outward Path, without which all the Revealed Religions will fall, because they are all based exclusively in the great error of the God-Within-Devil-Without, even though some of them attempt to rationalize the material world, and some actually use materialistic armies to proselytize.
Only the Twofold Path of Evolutionary Christianity carries the God Within forward while it does not and cannot define the Evolutionary Outward Path as evil.
Sham Economics
Only economic nationalism can save us
The global capitalist's have been destroying the manufacturing base of the United States, and putting us deeply in debt to China, but they do not much mind the massive trade deficits, the borrowing, and the outsourcing of our jobs, because they have big interest in the lending banks and in manufacturing in China. We hear only how we as consumers demand cheap goods, and we hear how economic nationalism is “anachronistic,” and that we have an unchangeable symbiotic relationship with the world which cannot be changed. This is all a sham.
Because the global capitalists control the major media, and bankroll the politicians and the government, we continue to hear propaganda against economic nationalism, and therefore it won't be easy to bring back economic nationalism, which originally made us wealthy, and is now making China and their fellow travelers in the West wealthy, at the expense of our nation. They try to scare us with words like “isolationism,” but economic nationalism trades with the world, it only demands fair trading of our manufactured goods.
Let's hope the Tea Party is not totally controlled by the global capitalists because then nothing will change, except perhaps a smaller government that is still controlled by the global capitalists. In any case, only economic nationalism can save us.

Back to the object in art
Back to the object in art means back to the senses, back to matter, the opposite of the call to the idealism of a matter-free Spirit.
Matter, Soul and Spirit are whole in man, and at their Absolute Wholeness when Godhood is evolved to, so we don't merely center on the abstract spirit but on the whole human being, the whole Godhood.
We need to move away from abstract thinking in art, religion and philosophy. Back to the concrete, back to matter and supermatter, back to the object.
Beauty is not the “appearance of the Idea to sense” (Hegel), beauty is the appearance of sense to the idea.

Evolution creates the mind
This much we seem to know: evolution creates the mind. Why does evolution create the mind? Evolution creates the mind because the mind seems to help or enhance evolution. For me, epistemology comes down this phrase: evolution creates the mind.
German Idealism, for me, can be bypassed this way, like cutting the Gordian knot rather than trying to endlessly unravel it. This way Heidegger is seen as the last great unraveler.
Why does evolution create evolution, or what created evolution? The least we can say is since evolution is what we can see in the world, evolution must have created evolution. Now here is where I take things into theology, into Evolutionary Christianity, positing a Will or Spirit within material life activating evolution, all the way to Godhood. But if one does not wish to take things into theology, eg. as scientists or philosophers, one can at least take it to evolution, that is, evolution creates the mind, and then examine who we are or how we think from that perspective. Perhaps then theology will come later.

Free trade is not an end in itself
I believe that the United States Constitution holds out the best possibility for fulfilling the sociobiological imperatives of human nature. Capitalism ended serfdom and slavery. But small states rights, even to the extent of ethnostates, and much smaller federal government, need to be reaffirmed, but the government must protect the nation with fair trade, or economic nationalism.
A nation must have more than material advances and political freedom, as vitally important as they are. The bottom line, the essential fact is that we are sociobiological beings, and business and politics are means to sociobiological ends. Man is really more than merely a consumer.
The free traders must not destroy the manufacturing base of a nation, the sociobiological imperatives of human nature must be protected, such as naturally and instinctively seeking to advance kin and group and locality. I also see this as a religious imperative to affirm the right to evolve all the way to Godhood for all ethnic groups.

Future War, Peace and the Law of Persons and Groups
Civilization and Barbarianism
I would expand the emphasis of the old Roman law of persons, to groups, keeping both. When we do not recognize the right of life for other people and other groups we put ourselves in the position of antagonism or war. It is that simple. War happens when we do not recognize the right to life of others. This is the difference between civilization and barbarianism. War takes away the best of all people, all races. A state is great not by the territory it has taken but by the genius of its people in the arts, sciences and government.
The just political structure, given human nature, is small states, ethnostates, and localism, protected by a light federalism. Imperialism and racial supremacism are automatic positions of antagonism and war because they do not recognize the right to life of others, they are barbarian in this sense.
It follows, however, that war is justified only in defense of the right to life of persons and groups. Until we have a legitimate world order we will have wars. It would be naive to think that peace is possible without the power to defend or enforce the order. But the world order should not be like the United Nations which essentially tries to keep the peace by bringing all people together, it should be a global body that guards the independence and sovereignty of small ethnostates all over the world.

Warning to Tea Party: Don't let the global business elite take you over
If Economic Nationalism is not the platform of the Tea Party then nothing will change in Washington or in the nation, manufacturing and jobs will not come back to America, and imperial foreign wars will continue. The Globalist's only want to exploit you to help them remove the meddling government. If the Globalist's win, this would then require the development of a Third Party which is unabashedly Economic Nationalist. And that Third Party may depend on changing demographics in America moving away from a Third Party.
Revitalizing the Philosophy of Nature
Upside Down
Unlike Hegel's worship of the Idea, which places nature lower than the Idea of nature, evolution, in my view, brings nature back to religion and philosophy, and places the Idea as secondary to the Natural Living Object. Evolution is the engine of the philosophy of nature.
When the Idea is made God, as in Hegel (and Plato), and as in many religions, at least on the esoteric level, then Nature is wrongly seen as less than the Idea of nature, nature is seen as the “self-degradation of the Idea,” as Hegel sees it.
I see the Idea as the “degradation” of the Natural Living Object, since I see Godhood not as mere Logos or the Idea-In-Itself but as the Supreme Natural Object, or Objects, evolved to in the cosmos, of which the Idea can only be secondary.
This Great Spiritual Blockade of nature by religion and philosophy needs to be transformed and is in theological materialism.

Reason and love, sexism and epistemology
It has been said that reason and love are the two ways of comprehending the world. If we assign these in male/female categories, then we can go beyond the stereotypes and say the the whole person, man or woman, need to try to balance these. Using these categories, women don't have as much of a problem with paradoxical thinking---something can be both wrong and right---and men can see where emotion can get in the way of survival imperatives. Indeed, men and women need to keep their gendered rational and love bases, which do have a solid sociobiology foundation, but to be more whole, men and women need to add more of the traits of the other.
This is not only the way to deal with “sexism” but the way to deal with epistemology, how we think, how we know what we know. Both reason and love need to be involved in thinking and knowing, the conceptual and the sensory-perceptual. As it stands, more or less, religion has rejected reason and science has rejected emotion, although Aquinas and sociobiology have tried to resolve some of the differences. This has made both science and religion less than whole.

How the subject is the object, humans are only advanced animals
Animals don't separate appearance from reality, and most people do not, only philosophers play these epistemological games.
Phenomenology gives too much attention to man and is too anthropomorphic. This is the general problem with idealism which makes the self and what the self sees as all.
There is no real separation between subject and object, the subject is the object, the subject can be the thinking part of the object and is as material as the object body. This transvalues the subject and object from idealism and says it is the object that is the subject, not the subject projecting the object.
Animals are “rational,” they can solve problems, choose ends, change from evidence coming in from the senses, humans are just more rational. Humans only think they are freer than animals because they have more choices or can see more choices. We are as determined as the animals in nature.
In humans language is just trickier than language in animals, language especially engages philosophers who like to dwell on it. Logos or reason in humans is just advanced animal thinking.
The “intellectual intuition,” idealism, or even “revelation” that still exists in Evolutionary Christianity leads to affirming the Will to Godhood, or Spirit-Will, in both animals and humans. The Will-Spirit activates life within the natural world of evolution. Humans only add a more advanced mind to the Will that we share with other animals, humans evolved a more advanced brain-mind, even to the point where humans can look back inside to see at least some of the Will-Spirit Itself.
This intellectual idealism will only be defined as “idealism” until the Will-Spirit is validated by future science, and it will be, but science may also have to change some its methods of doing science.

The Constitution emburdens Congress to regulate commerce
..."Washington finances and supports the off-shoring of industry and jobs. Washington and the Wall Street crowd that got us into this mess are not a bit interested in U. S. jobs or the U. S. economy. Corporate America and the financial crowd are interested in opportunities in China, India, Vietnam, or wherever..."

Church, State And Freedom
Evolution as logic
In Evolutionary Christianity the religion, the church, is the objective embodiment of the Path to Godhood, not the state. This means that the religion and the church deal with ethical and moral life designed to attain Godhood for its practitioners. The state is a secondary embodiment of the Path to Godhood, and the church can or cannot be separate from the state, since there are many paths to evolve to Godhood.
I endorse representative government, small states with much power, in a light federal system, with economic nationalism (see the U.S. Constitution), but again, there can be many paths to evolve to Godhood.
Does history gradually reveal “freedom as logic,” as Hegel believed? History reveals evolution as logic. The goal of Godhood in history and in evolution is determined, but the path is undetermined, which means that in reality there is no perfect freedom, there is only the secondary freedom of humans to deliberately choose a purpose from within determined paths, and then strive toward that purpose or goal.
The Will-Spirit that activates life is not opposed to nature, as in ancient and modern Idealism, the Spirit is not seeking to break free from matter, as in Gnosticism, the Spirit is essentially supermaterial, and a part of matter and nature, activating matter as Its only vehicle, of which it is a vital part, to evolve to Godhood.
