The best rational and instinctive natural ideal possible?

Given the biological origin of social behavior and given human nature which is biologically and genetically kin and ethnic centered, is ethnocentrism or group selection and kin selection the best rational and instinctive natural ideal possible, with individualism following after in co-evolution? Multiculturalism with different groups trying to live the same living space is not harmonious or successful and goes against human nature and this natural ideal.

Defining politics, the arts, etc. can follow from this basic ideal. For example, beautiful and distinctive art comes from the affirmation of distinctive ethnostates and their people, and sacred art comes from affirmation in art of what the people hold sacred.

This ideal can be made universal in an ethnopluralism of ethnostates protected by a defensive federalism. And religion is universal in theological materialism, with material evolution to ascending levels of supermaterial Godhood as the natural ideal of all distinctive groups and ethnostates, aided by religion and science.
