What bestows Being?

At this point I see no need for Heidegger's overly complicated “Ereignis,” the “event of appropriation,” the oblivion of Being, etc., in explaining the “bestowing” of Being. What bestows Being? The activating Spirit-Will, or Tirips, is the inward activating material drive of evolution within life which bestows beings and Being in the cosmos working along with natural selection and evolution, activating life to evolve to ascending levels of Godhood. Such natural things as big bangs, or electric universes, contain Tirips within the chemistry of the cosmos which activates life to evolve toward Godhood again and again. But Tirips is not God, it activates toward Godhood by way of material and supermaterial evolution.
